Data Storage

Claim Flow Capital operates with a zero-database approach at the application layer:

• Intake submissions are sent directly to Intake@claimflowcapital.com via email
• Email provider (Resend) stores transactional emails per their retention policy
• Uploaded documents are attached to emails, not stored separately
• DocHub stores e-signed documents according to their privacy policy

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Resend: Email delivery service
• DocHub: E-signature and document management
• Cloudflare Turnstile: Anti-spam verification
• Vercel Analytics: Privacy-friendly web analytics (no cookies, no personal data)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not control their data practices.

We only share your information when necessary:

• With insurance carriers to verify claim status
• With mortgage companies or lienholders if required for payment processing
